My password is not working. What should I do?
If available, click on the "Forgot Password" link located on the log in screen to have your password sent to the e-mail address on file. If you are still unable to log in, please contact our Customer Support Center at 888-895-2125 for assistance.

How do I change my password?
You can change your password once you have logged into i-connect by clicking on the “Preferences” tab.

How do I select a secure password?
Secure passwords contain a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols. This makes guessing your password very difficult.

Do I have to change my password periodically?

While not required to change your password, it is recommended you do so periodically.
