To Activate and select a PIN for your NB&T Debit Card please call 800-567-3451.

Lost, Stolen, or Restricted NB&T Debit or ATM Card:

To report a lost, stolen, or restricted ATM or Debit Card during regular banking hours, please call 815-895-2125 or toll free 888-895-2125.  If after hours, please call 800-554-8969.

Report a Lost or Stolen Credit Card:
To report a lost or stolen Credit Card please call 800-558-3424 immediately.  If you are out of the country please call 701-461-0125.

Business Debit Card VISA Disputes/Claims:

To dispute a transaction or file a claim on a business debit card call 800-847-2911.
